The arm balancing strategy that gave me massive results

It's not just you. Seeing someone fly in an arm balance when you have yet to achieve flight in one of these postures can be intimidating.

You are not the only one to see someone fly in a fancy arm balancing posture and think, "That will never be me."

But, know that is not the truth.

And, for me, watching someone achieve an arm balance is one of my life's greatest joys.

Out of all of the yoga postures out there, arm balances are all you.

There are no hands-on assists I can give you to help you find flight.

There are no instant quick fixes. 

It's just you and belief that you can do this. 

But, to make it as simple as possible, here is the arm balancing cheat sheet, you've been looking for. 

Because, if you want to have consistent flight patterns in arm balancing postures you need to commit the following steps to memory right now:

1. Stack your elbows over your wrists.
2. Keep your fingers engaged.
3. Look forward.
4. Press your chest forward.
5. Be okay with a good yoga fumble. (Fear will stop you every time!!)
6. Get addicted to small wins and tiny flights. (Normalize celebrating every single step forward within your yoga practice. 🎉)

If you apply these rules to every arm balance you encounter within your yoga practice, you will begin to find HUGE success.

Alway remember the journey towards finding flight is going to teach you a TON about YOU!

So, enjoy how far you travel in your mind, body and spirit as you work towards these yoga postures.
