Forearm Balance Focus Immersion

Ready to unlock your potential and take your yoga practice to the next level?

Forearm Balance doesn’t have to feel intimidating—with the right tools and support, it can become one of the most rewarding parts of your practice. This immersion is designed to help you build the strength, balance, and confidence to defy gravity and embrace the fun of flight, all in a supportive and accessible way.

What’s Included:

  • 4 Live Workshops (75-minutes each): Guided by Tori G., each workshop will focus on a key phase of your Forearm Balance journey:

    1. Foundations of Flight: Build the strength, flexibility, and body awareness to confidently approach Forearm Balance. Walk away from this one understanding the key components to finding your flight and lock down your foundations for this posture.

    2. Finding Your Line: Discover your balance and find your float by mastering alignment and gaining a true understanding of body stacking.

    3. Falling with Confidence: Overcome fear and learn safe techniques for falling and recovery. If you want to learn to float in the middle of your mat, you have to learn how to fall with confidence and control.

    4. Integrating & Elevating: Seamlessly incorporate Pincha into your daily practice with renewed confidence and control. Review key concepts and take the time to understand how far you've come in your inversion journey.

  • 5 Bonus Training Sessions: These 15-minute videos will target specific areas like shoulder strength, core engagement, and active flexibility, giving you quick, effective tools to deepen your progress between workshops.

  • Livestream + On-Demand Access: Join the workshops live or watch the recordings at your convenience. You’ll have access to all materials for a full year, so you can revisit the teachings as often as you need.
