The Advanced Standing Poses Immersion
This four-month immersion focuses on the foundations that support every advanced posture — balance, hip strength, rotational control, and single-leg stability.
We’ll work with poses like Half Moon, Bird of Paradise, Bound Warrior variations, Standing Compass, and more, refining how the body organizes itself in standing work.
This immersion builds strength that feels steady and intelligent — strength that carries into inversions, arm balances, and everyday movement.

A Functional Core Workshop
This workshop goes beyond “core work” and into how the core actually functions in yoga.
We’ll explore the relationship between the pelvic floor, deep abdominals, breath, and spinal support — and how these systems work together to support balance, transitions, inversions, and backbends.
You’ll leave with practical tools you can apply immediately in your practice.

The Smart Flexibility Immersion for Midlife Bodies
This immersion reframes flexibility through the lens of strength, mobility, and nervous system support.
Rather than passive stretching, we’ll work with controlled range of motion and smart mobility practices that help you feel more open and more stable.
We’ll focus on hips, hamstrings, shoulders, side body, and twists — creating space in a way that supports longevity and ease.

The Midlife Face Yoga Workshop
This soothing, supportive workshop focuses on facial tone, tension release, and lymphatic flow.
We’ll explore techniques for the jaw and TMJ, neck, eyes, forehead, and breath — along with simple daily routines that support relaxation and a refreshed, rested feeling.
This workshop is a beautiful counterbalance to a physically active year and a gentle way to head into the holiday season.
