At the Women’s Day Retreat, you’ll strengthen your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect with what matters most—through yoga, breathwork, nature, and community.
All guided by my signature ELEVATE Framework—the method I use to help women in midlife feel vibrant, confident, and strong from the inside out.

The Experience

Think of this retreat as a full-body, full-heart recharge.

We’ll move, breathe, and laugh together. You’ll explore where your body is ready to go next and learn simple practices you can carry into everyday life.
By the end of the day, you’ll leave lighter, clearer, and more empowered—with practical tools and renewed motivation to keep your practice (and your life) expanding.

9:00 – 9:30 AM | Opening Circle

Set your intention and meet your tribe for the day.

9:30 – 10:30 AM | Revolution Hatha Flow Yoga Class

Build strength, mobility, and confidence.

10:30 – 11:00 AM | Breathwork Workshop

Learn to calm, energize, and balance your mind through breath.

11:00 – 11:45 AM | Catered Lunch

A nourishing, plant-forward meal to share with the community.

11:45 AM – 12:45 PM | Visualize & Awaken Workshop

Journaling, mindset work, and posture lab (get ready to wow yourself!) to unlock your full potential.

12:45 – 1:15 PM | Guided Meditation

Find deep stillness and reset from within.

1:15 – 2:15 PM | Yoga Boost: Strength & Mobility Training

Easily accessible from I-88 and surrounded by beautiful outdoor space for our hike and nature connection.

Includes everything: yoga, workshops, hike, catered lunch, and retreat materials.

Spaces are intentionally limited to 18 women so every person is seen, supported, and part of the magic.

FAQ Section

  • Do I need to be an advanced yogi?
    No. If you have a consistent yoga practice and are comfortable bringing something new to your practice, this is perfect for you.

  • What should I bring?
    Your yoga mat, a water bottle, 2 yoga blocks, and comfortable layers for the hike. Journal and pen will be provided if you do not bring your own.

  • Can I come alone?
    Absolutely! Most attendees do. You’ll feel at home from the moment you arrive.
